There's NO SUBSIDY. You lied pathologically. Julia's parents pay taxes and get headstart paid out of their taxes, not your taxes. Julia's parent pay their insurance premiums that keep the kid covered through age 26, not YOUR MONEY. Julia herself pays her student loan out of her wages, plus interest no higher than is the real cost of money, and less than Bank of America pays to borrow money from the exact same US govt Federal Reserve. Julia pays her own taxes to repay her Pell grant and because she is higher educated, therefore she makes higher wages and therefore pays higher taxes than if she never got the education at all. Obamacare puts a tax on everybody: it's the "Freeloader Tax". This is fully legal and Constitutional. Then Obamacare puts a tax-exemption on everybody who can show a healthcare insurance policy. This is completely legal and constitutional. Those who are not freeloaders don't pay the freeloader's tax, completely legal and constitutional.

 The fetus has not been born -- it has no civic "rights" by virtue of being a natural born citizen.

The fetus is not naturalized -- it has no civic rights by virtue of passing the citizenship process.

There is no interest of the state involved.

"Murder" is a "legal" definition. It is not a medical term. "Murder" is misused in a propaganda battle to describe a medical situation which uses other language. Lying is the misuse of words to deceive to obtain a benefit which would not be derived if one told the truth. Use medical terms and state your argument.

A fetus is a parasitic growth on a born woman's body. The woman has rights, the fetus has none. The fetus is a dependent lump of tissue which cannot cognate and articulate -- it is dependent on the woman to make all  decisions which may affect it.

Society is not owner of the "property" which is flesh of the woman. Slavery is outlawed in the USA. The govt and society does not own p[ersons, neither the fetus nor the woman. Society has not demonstrated any compelling interest in the fetus or the woman. The interest would need to be "extraordinary" to invoke a society intervention. Misuse of the legally defined term "murder" does not constitute a proper social interest. Society does not own the flesh and cannot own the flesh and the flesh is not a citizen and there is no framework existing to declare social civil rights to a part of an existing human being, the woman.

The woman is sole owner of her body, and society has no compelling interest in the fetus. It is not society's business to intervene in the woman's personal decisions over her choice to give birth or to not give birth. Women are not slaves to be compelled to give birth as breeders owned by the state. This is very dangerous theology, to give the religious state the power to compel or deny parenthood in violation of the individual freedom and liberty of the actual citizens whom own the government as property (not vice-versa).

The theology of "souls implanted at conception" is the ONLY reason that fetuses are lied about by religious fanatics crossing the line of separation of church and state. Al Qaida is religious fanatics whom are not given power to set public policy, for well-recognized reasons. The liars who misuse legal terms to decide medical situations are equally dangerous as Al Qaida and must be repulsed with all the power of the state. Slavery of women to be compulsory breeders owned by the state is dangerous and intolerable theology.

Life does not begin at conception -- it began on Earth 3,500,000,000 years ago and as been continuously unfolding ever since. Not every sperm deserves a name. Not every fetus deserves to parasitize a woman for 18 years, legally. A women exercises her freedom and liberty and makes a choice to mother a child or not. It is not society's business until the child is born and gains civil rights by the legal process.

Society's interests, and financial investments, increase as time goes by. The parential right decrease upon maturity, and society imposes a separate relationship with adults which largely exclude the parents. Society whom takes no responsibility to feed or cloth the child, house it, indeed, even educate it in today's era of eliminating public education, has no bonafide lawful, or Constitutional interest in pre-born fetuses. Fetusus do not have a "right to live" until birth and  then a neglectful and deprived live ever after. FIRST, society has to demonstrate a financial responsibility towards the unborn citizen for 18 years like parents do, BEFORE it can pretend that it has any interests in the fetus at all.

There is no "Murder", and there is intentional fraud misuse of language to usurp power from free citizens whom are not slave breeders owned by the state. A religious state which can compel birth can later on compel human sacrifice, because the basis of freedom and liberty is people whom are not owned by the state.

Society has ZERO LAWFUL "INTEREST" in fetuses, other than supporting a woman's (citizen's) choice. Marriage is not part of many African heritages. "It takes a village to raise a child" is more true to some than others. African history includes group living where males over 12 years old inhabited the man's lodge, and women and boys under 12 years old inhabited the women's lodge. Tribal women were inseminated in group sex which we today would call "gang-bangs", with no particular father-mother bonding at all. Generics should bring the monthly recurring cost down to $18 to $30 for many prescriptions, and bulk purchasing by insurance companies paying many similar prescriptions each month could bring the cost down to Walmart and Walgreen's $3 for 30 days plan costs.

The insurance is private, not govt. 100% of the premium is paid by worker labors. In some instances that cost is divided in direct employee co-pay and indirect employee pay through "euphanism" of "employer contribution" which in fact is employee wages paid as insurance in lieu of cash. The employee name is on the policy and the employee is the sole owner of the private property of the insurance policy which they pay 100% of the purchase price. An abortion is to END A PREGNANCY. Having an ultrasound is not going to offer any benefit to the woman, nor to the soon to be expelled fetal parasitic lump of flesh.

It is a lie to say that a medically-termed, and legally-termed "fetus" is a "child. A fetus is NOT A CHILD. To abort a fetus is a medical term. "Murder" is a legal term.

Abortion is the removal of a parasitic lump of flesh, but is not a child by medical or legal terminology.

So why is it the government is mandating the employer has to pay for health insurance instead of allowing them to pay the employees more money and let them buy their own health insurance? I would gladly pay my employees a few dollars more an hour than having to be locked into a health plan that can go up at the insurance companies whim. Some of my employees don't deserve what they make now with all the fake "sick" days they take off and I see them at the store later in the day, or out at a restaurant. They need to take responsibility and pay it themselves.

You will by law offer health insurance plans which cover FREE PREVENTIVE CARE. You will not give cash which some will use to continue the FREELOADER program of yesteryear. You will obey the law or GET OUT!
"Sick days" can include "mental health days" and family emergency days. If it is part of the wage package then SHUT YOUR FACE! You agreed to these terms when you hired them.
The EMPLOYEES ARE PAYING IT THEMSELVES. You need them or you would have NO BUSINESS. They EARN their benefits off the sweat off their brows. They give you time, labor and services and in exchange you give them the mutually agreed upon wage package. The WAGES belong to them. You forfeit all rights to the wages by accepting the work from the employers. They don't owe you any explanation for how they use those wages and benefits -- that is their PRIVATE PROPERTY.
Workers are entitled to their PRIVATE PROPERTY. Butt out. It's not yours. It's their name on the insurance policy , not yours. Butt out!

Some basic facts:

(1) Birth Control is only useful in heterosexual sex. It takes one women and one or more men to establish a need for birth control. Both sexes are involved. Both sexes benefit. But when it comes time to pay the pharmacy, only one sex is shelling out the money.

(2) Insurance policies for healthcare provided by employment are a contractual matter. The employee is offered a benefit as inducement to work for a particular employer as an EARNED PROPERTY RIGHT.

(3) The insurance policy is in the name of the employee, NOT the employer. It is the employees property to do with as they decide. The employer has no ownership interest in the policy, no legal interest in the policy. The policy does not belong to the employer at any moment in time. It is an EARNED benefit paid for by services rendered under a contractual basis which is 100% paid for by the employee in lieu of higher wages.

(4) The only role of the employer is acting as the employees contractual agent to collect the individual employee contributions and turn them over to the insurance company group policy the payments of premiums in exchange for contractual services rendered by the employees.

Nowhere in any of these facts is there any employer interest in controlling the choices of services from the healthcare insurance provider which the worker has solely earned and paid for. "Employer contribution" is merely a euphanism.

The insurance policy may be paid for by the employer, but it is the SOLE PROPERTY OF THE EMPLOYEE, owned 100% by the employee, as a benefit in lieu of wages for work rendered. It is NOT A GIFT. It is an EARNED property of the worker. The employer is solely the conduit gathering the collective payments from the workers and paying the group policy premiums on behalf of the employees as their agent. The employer does not at any time have property rights over the insurance policy nor over the money used to pay it -- these are earned ownership sole property of the employee. 
 
The employer has no moral responsibility on how the employees exercise their options from the health insurance policy. The republican party is acting against property rights of the employees, and acting against the free moral agency of the individual employees. There is an absolute wall of separation of church and state and the republicans are anti-constitutional when they force employer religion on employees by law.

Failure to act as a media while purporting publicly that one is the media, is in fact siding with the villains which operate in darkness without any media spotlight on their crimes. Huffington Post is colluding with the Koch Brothers by refusing to publish what is available to be known about them and their decades long associatio­n with the Rupert Murdoch organized crime network.
