The result you claim is not truth.

In captive red areas it is nearly impossible to unseat an incumbent, so the re-election of a lot of the same house members is not a ratification of gridlock.

The house would buckle and compromise if orders come down from the top. These politicians are paid mercenaries for their benefactors and do what their benefactors want, NOT what the voters want. Frequently GOP congressmen vote against things that have 70% approval of republicans and higher approval of independent and democrats.

Going back to what I wrote, Wall Street contributors decide what the congress votes for, not red state voters.

Wall Street is in a very weak bargaining position this time. The list of big red contributors is pretty easy to locate and there's a lot to fear when you make the Senate and President mad at you.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the Senate held some hearings with publicity ver bad for particular businesses.

Totally WRONG Argument. It is not "should we allow one sect to overthrow Freedom of Religion for all other sects, by writing the laws. That is NOT THE ISSUE.

The issue is allowing any sect to OVERTHROW the right of PRIVACY.

First the wasn't any govt other than temporary govt intended to be discarded and replaced after the revolution. Then there were the SOVERIGN PEOPLE deciding to create a govt tabla rosa, blank slate.

The govt had no powers because it didn't exist yet. The people decided to give it powers EXPLICITLY, and also give it powers implied "absolutely necessary" only to exercise the powers enumerated. It it wasn't ENUMERATED POWER, or implied required to exercise the ENUMERATED POWER, then the govt didn't get that power. It never existed in the govt. Yahway not only permits these acts, but gives in his bible detailed plans on exactly how a father sells his daughter into sex slave concubinage. You can read these details in your bible (Exodus 21:7-11) but most bible translators are embarrassed by the sordidness and try to fuzz the language to make it not seem as crass as the original version. Why do we have so much difficulty in discussing this man's history with the tobacco corporate serial murderers. Murdoch was the largest holder of Philip Morris stocks, so he sat on the Board of Directors of Philip Morris Tobacco Company during the time that PM was guilty of federal racketeering and frauds, deceiving their customers to their deaths. Director Rupert Murdoch directed $75,000,000 a year go from Philip Morris bank accounts to his TV GUIDE bank account for advertising which appeared as stiff glossy ads that caused the magazine to open to the cigarette ad pages. The TV Guide was delivered to homes filled with children looking up showtimes for their favorite programs. These ads couldn't have been more targeted at children then if they were published in comic books (which PM does internationally today).

Murdoch was also director at CATO INSTITUTE which was a laundering place for tobacco paychecks for sleazy crooked scientists who operated the racketeering outfit known as "TASSC" or The Association for Sound Science Coalition. CATO was founded by Charles Koch money and directed by brother David Koch. Koch institutes, foundations and think tanks were totally involved with the tobacco racketeers.
