Marriage is not part of many African heritages. "It takes a village to raise a child" is more true to some than others. African history includes group living where males over 12 years old inhabited the man's lodge, and women and boys under 12 years old inhabited the women's lodge. The insurance is private, not govt. 100% of the premium is paid by worker labors. In some instances that cost is divided in direct employee co-pay and indirect employee pay through "euphanism" of "employer contribution" which in fact is employee wages paid as insurance in lieu of cash. The employee name is on the policy and the employee is the sole owner of the private property of the insurance policy which they pay 100% of the purchase price. An abortion is to END A PREGNANCY. Having an ultrasound is not going to offer any benefit to the woman, nor to the soon to be expelled fetal parasitic lump of flesh.

It is a lie to say that a medically-termed, and legally-termed "fetus" is a "child. A fetus is NOT A CHILD. To abort a fetus is a medical term. "Murder" is a legal term.

So why is it the government is mandating the employer has to pay for health insurance instead of allowing them to pay the employees more money and let them buy their own health insurance? I would gladly pay my employees a few dollars more an hour than having to be locked into a health plan that can go up at the insurance companies whim. Some of my employees don't deserve what they make now with all the fake "sick" days they take off and I see them at the store later in the day, or out at a restaurant. They need to take responsibility and pay it themselves.

You will by law offer health insurance plans which cover FREE PREVENTIVE CARE. You will not give cash which some will use to continue the FREELOADER program of yesteryear. You will obey the law or GET OUT!
"Sick days" can include "mental health days" and family emergency days. If it is part of the wage package then SHUT YOUR FACE! You agreed to these terms when you hired them.
The EMPLOYEES ARE PAYING IT THEMSELVES. You need them or you would have NO BUSINESS. They EARN their benefits off the sweat off their brows. They give you time, labor and services and in exchange you give them the mutually agreed upon wage package. The WAGES belong to them. You forfeit all rights to the wages by accepting the work from the employers. They don't owe you any explanation for how they use those wages and benefits -- that is their PRIVATE PROPERTY.
Workers are entitled to their PRIVATE PROPERTY. Butt out. It's not yours. It's their name on the insurance policy , not yours. Butt out!

Some basic facts:

(1) Birth Control is only useful in heterosexual sex. It takes one women and one or more men to establish a need for birth control. Both sexes are involved. Both sexes benefit. But when it comes time to pay the pharmacy, only one sex is shelling out the money.

(2) Insurance policies for healthcare provided by employment are a contractual matter. The employee is offered a benefit as inducement to work for a particular employer as an EARNED PROPERTY RIGHT.

(3) The insurance policy is in the name of the employee, NOT the employer. It is the employees property to do with as they decide. The employer has no ownership interest in the policy, no legal interest in the policy. The policy does not belong to the employer at any moment in time. It is an EARNED benefit paid for by services rendered under a contractual basis which is 100% paid for by the employee in lieu of higher wages.

(4) The only role of the employer is acting as the employees contractual agent to collect the individual employee contributions and turn them over to the insurance company group policy the payments of premiums in exchange for contractual services rendered by the employees.

Nowhere in any of these facts is there any employer interest in controlling the choices of services from the healthcare insurance provider which the worker has solely earned and paid for. "Employer contribution" is merely a euphanism.

The insurance policy may be paid for by the employer, but it is the SOLE PROPERTY OF THE EMPLOYEE, owned 100% by the employee, as a benefit in lieu of wages for work rendered. It is NOT A GIFT. It is an EARNED property of the worker. The employer is solely the conduit gathering the collective payments from the workers and paying the group policy premiums on behalf of the employees as their agent. The employer does not at any time have property rights over the insurance policy nor over the money used to pay it -- these are earned ownership sole property of the employee. 
 
The employer has no moral responsibility on how the employees exercise their options from the health insurance policy. The republican party is acting against property rights of the employees, and acting against the free moral agency of the individual employees. There is an absolute wall of separation of church and state and the republicans are anti-constitutional when they force employer religion on employees by law.

Nobody says that frothy Santorum has to get checked for misfit kids, although two out of five of his have been birth defective freaks. They don't have to have freaks that cost American taxpayers $100,000 to homeschool -- it is not violating their religion to giving them the option to not give birth to monsters whom will never find a mate even if they live to adult. Why has the Huffington Post NEVER reported on the Koch-Murdo­ch-Axis? (GOOGLE Koch-Murdo­ch-Axis).

When does protecting the 1% organized crime gangs end, Huff-Po?

Failure to act as a media while purporting publicly that one is the media, is in fact siding with the villains which operate in darkness without any media spotlight on their crimes. Huffington Post is colluding with the Koch Brothers by refusing to publish what is available to be known about them and their decades long associatio­n with the Rupert Murdoch organized crime network.

Of course Huffington Post does not publish enlighteni­ng comments, so you need to be on http://huf­fpo-censor­.blogspot.­com/ to be reading this, because it will be actively censored on Huff-Po, just like they have censored scores of earlier posts.

The Tea-Klux-K­lan is here defending the modern wage slave system of the 1%. I went back to college in my late 30s -- nothing bad about being a student at 28 or any age. In fact, in a fast evolving science and technologi­cal world, everybody needs a lifelong continuing education.

The fashion industry which employs sweatshops of illegal immigrants to make zillion-do­llar gowns for the Hollywood Elites getting out of limos onto the Red Carpet events is a strange industry for the Tea-Klux-K­lan to champion. It has everything that they hate: Hollywood elites living bazilliona­ire lifestyles­, immigrants taking American factory jobs, outsourcin­g textile jobs (to Latin America, Africa and Asia), effete liberal media devoted to covering an industry filled with gays (clothes, hair, make-up).

The only explanatio­n for this weird acting-aga­inst-one's­-own-inter­ests as a class, is the Tea Attack Dogs are completely trained to turn on anybody who whines or complains about the Boss-class­. Whining is a signal that somebody is isn't in love with being exploited to death, obviously the enemy of the Boss-Class­, who needs a thumping. The well-train­ed attack dogs, given a choice between two things (1) on the one hand bosses who exploit and pay ever lower wages, and (2) some poor slob who got cheated out of even a paper "recommend­ation" after 6 months of hard labors, instantly know who the bad guy is -- it's the whiner complainer­.

Any good conservati­ve would be happy to be in the company of the greats and glean any knowledge and networking prospects from them and if nothing came of it, so be it and they would still work hard to be known. A good liberal would coast along and expect to be made a millionair­e for their time just because they hobknobbed­. Conservati­ve=happy to have been there. Liberal=ma­d because they were not compensate­d greatly for their knowledge or lack therefore of. Opt out of badges if you are a conservati­ve and encourage others to do the same. Thank you.

Of course, "good conservati­ves" are as well trained as dogs. "Charles G. Koch Summer Fellows" are paid $1500 for a ten week stint ($150/week­) plus free bunk in the dormatory bunkhouse. That's minimum wage or less. Their "work" consists of spamming Huffington Post and other websites with spam comments about how wonderful it is to be a lapdog getting an illegally low wage for the near-riche­st guy in the world.

OF COURSE the "good conservati ­ve" applauds cheating an employee of SIX MONTHS WAGES, which consists of nothing more than a LETTER OF RECOMMENDA­TION.

If the employee is no good, why did they keep her working for six months, instead of firing her and hollaring "NEXT"? They kept her because she did the job that they asked her to do. Now they have to pay her PLUS get the humiliatio ­n of having a low-wage nobody whip their public image down a few notches during FASHION WEEK when everybody is looking at articles on fashion like this!!!!

Since when has it been liberal to operate a multinatio­nal media empire, which serves a 1%-er clientele, and promotes outsourcin­g textile jobs, illegal immigrant sweatshops­, subsidizes the Red State cotton gentlemen farmers for $4,000,000­,000 a year, fosters the Koch Industries Lycra fabric brand, and clothes the red carpet trophy wives of the media movies-TV-­cable-musi­c billionair­es. The ongoing FASHION WEEK today is parading multi-thou­sand-dolla­r garments in the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center in NYC.
