“Citizen rights are spelled out EXPLICITLY in the 14th amendment. There are Naturally BORN citizens, and Naturalized (BORN) Citizens. That's it. Nobody ELSE gets citizen rights, and corporations are NOT BORN and NOT NATURALIZED. They are creations of laws and have no rights other than the rights spelled out in the laws which create them.

FREEDOM of speech pertains to CITIZENS.

FREEDOM of the PRESS pertains to the PRESS. Coca-Cola is NOT THE PRESS, and it's donations to ALEX to pass voter suppression laws in 30 states is NOT THE PRESS.

The States issue corporations charters to exist in defined spheres subject to the laws of corporation in that state. NOBODY's right are impaired if the corporation owners retain all their personal speech rights but the CORPORATION is limited by the state that creates it.

If Georgia allows Coca-Cola to exist by it's state laws, California can ban if from doing business in California by it's state laws. There is no NATIONAL INTERSTATE RIGHTS OF CORPORATION. Foreign (out-of-state) corporations are regulated by each state separately and the SCOTUS has no authority to invent laws that do not exist in writing anywhere.

Supreme Court Justices who violate the Constitution by inventing laws should be convicted of TREASON by the Sovereign Citizens who support the Constitution.”

Koch Brothers have been known to write a $100,000 donation to the Federalist Society to sponsor these functions and Alito has been know to drop by for a 45 minute speech and collect $100,000 speakers fee for attending these Federalist Society functions.

ALL hormonal birth control works by preventing a FERTILIZED EGG from attaching to the uterus to begin parasiting on the woman. This is not just PLAN B but "THE PILL". The attacks on birth control are shotgun approaches with many bullets sprayed all at once.

The govt has authority in interstate commerce to impose MINIMUM PACKAGES of benefits on insurance companies because it has been the practice only provide the much more expensive options of child-birth, pre-natal care, and 26-year child carried on parent's policy underwritten by all policyholders, those with children and those childless subsidizing births.

The FEDS PROVED IN COURT, the SUPREME COURT, that the OBAMACARE law is valid and in effect coast to coast. There is a public interest in health of the citizens of every religion. There is a public interest in reducing costs. Birth control is cheaper than having a baby and 26 years on the parents policy. It is cheaper for the policy-holder and cheaper for the pool of policy holders, parents and childless alike.

The govt is not in the forced breeder business, especially when medical technology can space children affordably apart, and nobody is coerced into using it against their freewill, or forced to not have it against their freewill either.

It does not belong to the employer.

Nobody who has any objection to birth control need use that benefit -- it is a voluntary act to get and use birth control. Having it in the policy is like having it in the pharmacy -- it's there if you want it.

Finally, society recognizes that both MEN and WOMEN need birth control. but only women pay at the pharmacy. By providing the requirement that birth control be in the minimum package of insurance benefits, DEADBEAT MEN get to share the cost equally with women.

A few simple basic facts that EVERYBODY needs to know and be able to recite whenever this topic pops up anywhere.

METHANE is the primary ingredient in Natural Gas. Ideally it would be 100% by there are other ingredients in small amounts.

METHANE is C-H4, one carbon atom joined to four hydrogen atoms.

Weighing is how we can compare items which may not be similar but need comparing. One "molecule" of CH4 has an atomic weight of (C=12, H=1) of 12+1+1+1+1 = 16.

When burned in air the resulting byproducts are CO2 plus H2O. C-O2 has atomic weight (12+16+16) = 44.

One TON of CH4, METHANE becomes 2.75 TONS of CARBON DIOXIDE, CO2.

CO2 is a greenhouse gas. It absorbs infrared light, heat energy.
CH4 is also a greenhouse gas if unburned and released into the atmosphere. It breaks down Ozone in the Earth's Ozone Layer and lets in more solar rays which convert to infrared heat energy.

CH4 is 25 times more potent greenhouse gas than CO2, but both are Greenhouse gases.

One TON of coal is nearly pure carbon with some poisonous dirty pollution contaminants. A TON of pure Carbon coal converts to 3.6 TONS of CO2.

"Clean Natural Gas" with some escaping the wellhead and some burned could range from nearly as dirty as coal to much dirtier than coal depending on how much unburned gas gets through the fires or escapes the fractured rocks near wellhead.

Why can't Huffington Post do a far better job reporting details and progress in the 3rd Millennium?

It's not like they don't have webpages galore for idle chatter in the comedy and lifestyle sections.

It's not like there aren't people in the powered-up zones a mile or less outside the power outage zones.

It's not like there aren't plenty of gas stations with gas not too far outside the no-power or no-delivery zones.

People can get in and report at the battle front lines in Arab spring in Libya with live ammo firing around them.

Are we going to be satisfied by such shoddy substandard reporting?

Bernie Sanders might be a good Senate Leader, as an "Independent" from a bluish state.

Patty Murray proved herself capable with her winning five hard seats last night, and she could stand up to republicans.

Harry Reid needs to drop the filibuster for two years EXACTLY WHAT THE GOP WOULD DO ON DAY ONE OF THE NEXT SESSION if they had 51 seats right now.

The Filibuster was used as a weapon. It's time to disarm the troublemakers. The Senate might not pass any laws with a divided congress but it can fill every vacant court seat in the Federal Bench, and it can ratify every treaty sent to it by Obama.

That will not happen if Harry Reid stays leader and the filibuster exists.

The result you claim is not truth.

In captive red areas it is nearly impossible to unseat an incumbent, so the re-election of a lot of the same house members is not a ratification of gridlock.

The house would buckle and compromise if orders come down from the top. These politicians are paid mercenaries for their benefactors and do what their benefactors want, NOT what the voters want. Frequently GOP congressmen vote against things that have 70% approval of republicans and higher approval of independent and democrats.

Going back to what I wrote, Wall Street contributors decide what the congress votes for, not red state voters.

Wall Street is in a very weak bargaining position this time. The list of big red contributors is pretty easy to locate and there's a lot to fear when you make the Senate and President mad at you.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the Senate held some hearings with publicity ver bad for particular businesses.
