Rupert Murdoch, during his stint as Director of Philip Morris Tobacco Company directed, ordered, his contractors Charles G. Koch and David H. Koch to use their front organizations paid millions of dollars by the Tobacco Racketeers to create the Tea Party ruckus. Murdoch was also director of  Koch-Co-Founded CATO INSTITUTE at the same time period, sitting on the Board of Directors next to David Koch.. Koch "Citizens For A Sound Economy" (CSE) is on record receiving millions per year in tobacco money as the Tobacco Mafia tried to equate regulating tobacco serial murders with "big govt" and "excessive regulations".


The earliest scheming in the records to create a "T party" (T for Tobacco and Taxes) is 1984, but the idea was too good to abandon. By 1991 it was trialed across Canada. By August 21, 2001 the Citizens For A Sound Economy had a "Tar Heels Tea Party" throwing tea bags and being unruly in the North Carolina state capitol building. By 2002 through 2005 the CSE.org website ran the USTEAPARTY.COM website on it's own servers. This is while George Bush was serving his first term, and they already had "taken their country back."

The one thing which cannot be denied is the 40,000,000 under-employed or unemployed Americans. No matter how much blah-blah-blah the public relation agents spew, the creation of jobs are not keeping up with the outsourcing and not keeping up with the consolidating-mergers eliminating competition. Generally, it is a lie that "Investment Companies turn failing businesses around". Investment companies are in it to make a quick fortune, or "to make a killing" as the saying goes.

Investment companies get their claws and fangs into a vulnerable company, pretty much the same way that loan sharks do. Since they ARE NOT interested in the long-term health of  the company at all, they strip mine easily sold assets to payback their partners right away. They liquidate the pension plans, shed workers and shed union contracts. Since there is a temporary reduction in labor costs, and increased cashflow showing on the spreadsheets, they look good to Wall Street novices and yokels (internet trading newbies) whom don't know what is really going on inside the company being devoured by ravenous beasts. They sell out the stocks at the better price than they paid, based on paper improvements of a hemorrhaging company. They leave with fat profits doing nothing good. If the sick company can re-organize and survive, they claim that they caused the success, when surviving happened DESPITE the Investment company.

This is capitalism in 2012. Nobody can touch them because they bribe Supreme Court Judges in broad daylight, giving lavish checks to the Federalist Society, which is laundered and passed on as speaker's fees for a 45-minute blah-blah-blah, as the Supreme looks into the face of his benefactor who just paid him $100,000 all nice and legal.

The US Chamber of Commerce is one of many lobby groups established by the Aristocratic Class to defend the Aristocratic Class from the peasants of America.

The CoC is full of little decoys invited to join and display a plaque, who get no voting rights on what the CoC does or says, and who get no place at the planning tables. The decoys, camouflage, distraction junior members learn what the CoC is doing by reading it in their papers or watching TV like everybody else, totally helpless to change the CoC course selected by the big money bosses in private sessions at banker's clubs.

Other such lobby groups are the NAM (National Assn of Manufacturers who created the John Birch Society) and NFIB (Natl Federation of Independent Businesses) who are likewise stuffed with helpless, powerless decoys, camouflage and distraction CoC suckers who pay dues to get no meaningful voice while being used in a Corporate Hostile Takeover of America by the Super Rich.
