“Citizen rights are spelled out EXPLICITLY in the 14th amendment. There are Naturally BORN citizens, and Naturalized (BORN) Citizens. That's it. Nobody ELSE gets citizen rights, and corporations are NOT BORN and NOT NATURALIZED. They are creations of laws and have no rights other than the rights spelled out in the laws which create them.

FREEDOM of speech pertains to CITIZENS.

FREEDOM of the PRESS pertains to the PRESS. Coca-Cola is NOT THE PRESS, and it's donations to ALEX to pass voter suppression laws in 30 states is NOT THE PRESS.

The States issue corporations charters to exist in defined spheres subject to the laws of corporation in that state. NOBODY's right are impaired if the corporation owners retain all their personal speech rights but the CORPORATION is limited by the state that creates it.

If Georgia allows Coca-Cola to exist by it's state laws, California can ban if from doing business in California by it's state laws. There is no NATIONAL INTERSTATE RIGHTS OF CORPORATION. Foreign (out-of-state) corporations are regulated by each state separately and the SCOTUS has no authority to invent laws that do not exist in writing anywhere.

Supreme Court Justices who violate the Constitution by inventing laws should be convicted of TREASON by the Sovereign Citizens who support the Constitution.”

FEDERALIST SOCIETY was created to bribe jurists. Tobacco fortune heir Burton Gray was co-founder of Federalist Society and served on DAVID KOCH's Reason Foundation borg of directors until he died. His brother, also RJ Reynolds tobacco fortune heir C. Boyden Gray served as David Koch's Chairman of the CITIZENS FOR A SOUND ECONOMY (CSE).

Tobacco money underwrote the TEA PARTY astroturf creation. From 2002-2005 RJ Reynolds Tobacco moneybags C. Boyden Gray ran the USTEAPARTY.com website on the CSE servers and mirrored the pages on CSE.ORG website.

In 2005 the CSE split into two: FREEDOMWORKS-CSE under Dick Armey, and AFP Koch-Americans for Koch-Prosperity, both worked hand-in-glove with Rupert Murdoch (former Borg of Directors at Philip Morris Tobacco Company and former Borg of Directors at Koch-CATO INSTITUTE) in spawning the astroturf TEA PARTY.

In 2001, the dick Armey of CSE held a rowdy TAR HEELS TEA PARTY, August 19, 2001, in the North Carolina State Capitol Bldg. The dick Armey Marlboro Man (GOOGLE dick Armey Marlboro Man) had pawns throwing tea bags around and shouting TAXED TOO MUCH during the early days of George WRECKER BUSH, when they already had "taken their country back", and nobody ever heard of Barack Obama.

The 14th Amendment which was passed LATER and supersedes earlier ambitiousness specifies who gets citizens rights...

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States,
and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United
States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or
enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of
citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of
life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any
person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

YOU HAVE TO BE BORN,
and you have to be EITHER Naturally BORN,
or Born naturally elsewhere and THEN NATURALIZED.

NOBODY who is not naturalized or NATURALLY BORN has American Citizenship rights of the US Constitution.

Corporations are instruments created by laws, and regulated by state laws. There are NO FEDERAL CORPORATIONS, only state chartered corporations, and there are no FEDERAL CITIZEN RIGHTS of corporations.

Koch Brothers have been known to write a $100,000 donation to the Federalist Society to sponsor these functions and Alito has been know to drop by for a 45 minute speech and collect $100,000 speakers fee for attending these Federalist Society functions.

In fact, Koch brothers, are so close with Federalist Society founders that Burton Gray (RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company heir) was director of David Koch's REASON FOUNDATION until he died, while simultaneously C. Boyden Gray (Burton's brother, and RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company heir) was Chairman of the Board of Directors of David Koch's CITIZENS FOR A SOUND ECONOMY (CSE).

Both Gray brothers were founders of the Federalist Society as insurance that judges did not rule badly against tobacco companies and harm their stock portfolios value. Judges have lived luxuriously off the speakers fees flowing from corporatists donations that slip straight through to judges pockets.

In the cold dreary days of winter, jurists can count on exotic vacations called "seminars" where they are hosted to free 4-star hotels with expense accounts, for participating in panels an hour a day, in tropical locations all expenses paid.
