Before govt can exercise a power "Legitimately" (not just usurp that power) they have to be given that exact specific power by the sovereign people. There is always a record kept of transfers of power from the citizens to the govt and it includes witnesses and an exact start time for that power.

Explain when and where the citizens gave govt the power to intrude in women's PRIVATE PARTS.

Unless you can produce that record of transfer, then no level of govt has ever received that power, and it does not exist in govt. There is NO FEDERAL GOVT POWER, NO STATE GOVT POWER, NO SCOTUS POWER -- it is reserved to the citizens themselves to regulate their own private wombs.

I am asking the WASHINGTON POST to cease and desist perpetuating a fraud on the American people that govt has an legitimacy regulating private wombs. Produce the historical record of that transfer of power from the sovereign citizens to their govt, the time and date and place where this transfer occurred and the start date where that power was authorized by the sovereign citizens.

DHS organized meetings of 19 federal and state agencies to bring Occupy Wall Street to it's knees while the Tea-Klux-Klan went unmolested. Now she's off to run the University of Pepper Spray in the Faces.

We need somebody at DHS to arrest and prosecute for INSURRECTION under the INSURRECTION ACT OF 2006, those state legislators passing ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS depriving US Citizens from having their rights to FREEDOM OF PRIVACY under the 14th Amendment guaranteeing the right to abortion up to 24 weeks in ALL 50 STATES.

We need an Attorney General instead of Eric Holder, whom will prosecute any cabal, clique, cult, conspiracy, to commit RICO Violations of Law using wires and phones to plot the violation of Civil Rights of Women Citizens in the various states, and shut down the Republican party as ORGANIZED CRIME.

Constitutional Rights require a SUPER SUPER MAJORITY TO REPEAL, including passing the House & Senate, Signed by the President and RATIFIED BY 34 States.

No one state legislature can repeal Constitutional Right.

The INSURRECTION LAW of 2006, passed by GOP House, Passed by GOP Senate, Signed into Law by GOP President Bush, authorizes the President of the United States to take under arrest the Texas Legislature for INSURRECTION, violating the Constitutional rights of Women in Texas to enjoy their 14th Amendment rights.

The President is authorized to use drones and the full military might of the USA to put down any insurrections in Texas or any other rebel state.

The INSURRECTION ACT as amended by GOP congress in 2006-2007, signed into law by George WRECKER Bush authorized the president to use full military force to put down anti-Constitional behaviors in Texas or any other state where they occur.

Flagged as abusive. "Murder" is a carefully defined legal term which may not be FRAUDULENTLY used as hate speech against women availing themselves of a LEGAL RIGHT PROTECTED BY THE CONSTITUTION IS ALL 50 STATES.

There is NO AUTHORITY ever given in writing in any exact time and place where govt was granted the power to intrude in women's private parts.

No Authority means no legitimate power. The States have NO POWER. The Congress has NO POWER. The Supreme Court has NO POWER.

Wombs are NOT GOVT BUSINESS. the 14th Amendment is clear: Citizen rights arrive only after being BORN. There are no citizen rights of the unborn.

There is no transfer of authority, therefore that authority resides with the citizens alone, reserved exclusively with private citizens.

Any challenge to that private authority must demonstrate a TIME & PLACE in writing where voluntary transfer of exclusive private rights were transferred to govt at any level. It must be in writing, it must be credibly witnessed, it must be voluntary, or the POWER STAYS WHERE IT STARTED with the sovereign citizens.

Changes to the Constitution to transfer power to the govt requires an act of the elected representatives in the House, Senate, President and 34 states to agree, in public, in writing, with an exact start date. Unless you can get that, your laws intruding on the private wombs of America is NULL & VOID.
