John McCain will sit down and SHUT UP. He lost the election and Sarah PALIN is not the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE instead of Joe Biden.

JOE BIDEN IS PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE and can declare John McCain SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP or be removed by the Sergeant of Arms.

The PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE will call for a vote of yeah or nay for the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES nominees and John McCain can have his say there.

If the SENATE balks than the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE will declare a recess in a loud voice and send couriers to the US Supreme Court DECLARING THE SENATE IS IN RECESS long enough for the POTUS to do a recess appointment of his nominees.

No babies will be saved. That is FRAUD and HATE SPEECH.

Babies are
(1) Born,
(2) Breathing air through their lungs,
(3) Have no umbilical cords.

"FETUSES" are
(1) in Gestation process,
(2) Inside Wombs
(3) Cannot survive without an umbilical cord yet,
(4) Have no "Right to Life" or any other citizen rights spelled out in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

HATE SPEECH is directing hate by LYING about an innocent person accusing them of "crimes" which are actually 100% legal behaviors and Constitutional Protected Rights.

FRAUD AND HATE SPEECH is criminal behavior in all 50 states.
ABORTION is legal CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHT in all 50 States.

It is a crime of FRAUD to accuse any person doing a 100% legal CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT of "Murder" or imply it in numerous synonyms. Either you take your EVIDENCE OF MURDER to the proper police authorities or you shut your piehole.

To accuse any person of MURDER directs hate at them and becomes a HATE CRIME when coupled with FRAUD. FRAUD has been a crime in English common law since 1203 AD and was imported as law into the colonies. There has NEVER BEEN ONE SECOND IN US HISTORY WHERE FRAUD WAS NOT A CRIME. Fraud is not covered by "the First Amendment" any more than false crying "FIRE" in a crowded theater (which is an act of prohibited FRAUD).

MURDER IS ILLEGAL in ALL 50 STATES.
ABORTION IS LEGAL and a CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RIGHT in ALL 50 STATES.

Calling abortion "Murder" is a Felony FRAUD HATE CRIME in ALL 50 STATES.

There are no exemptions for the illegal GOP CHURCH battering down the 1st Amendment right to worship a different god with a different set of definitions

If Joe Biden will not go spend his days at the SENATE where he is already PRESIDENT and starts ruling that body, then he has no future in politics.

I want to see the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE declare rules changes every time he finds congested arteries holding up stuff.

I EXPECT the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE will bang his gavel and declare loud enough for them to her him at the SUPREME COURT that "THE SENATE IS IN RECESS UNTIL I RECONVENE IT".

I expect the PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE over-ride all objections and get judgeships and treaties on the floor for VOTES WITHIN 90 DAYS.

I EXPECT THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE to show backbone and leadership.
