Women have a CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO ABORTION IN ALL 50 STATES.

It is insurrection to pass ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS IN ALL 50 STATES.

There is not one person exempt from these, and not one inch of land in America where insurrection is not punishable.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posse_Comitatus_Act
"An exception to Posse Comitatus Act derived from the Force Acts allowed President Eisenhower to send federal troops into Little Rock, Arkansas, during the 1958 school desegregation crisis. The Force Acts, among other powers, allow the President to call up military forces when state authorities are either unable or unwilling to suppress violence that is in opposition to the constitutional rights of the people.[2]"

In 1964 the US Justice Department charged eighteen individuals under the 1870 US Force Act, with conspiring to deprive Michael Schwerner, James Chaney, and Andrew Goodman of their civil rights by murder because Mississippi officials refused to prosecute their killers for murder, a state crime.

Isn't the Supreme Court supposed to make that decision?

What about the UNCONSTITUTIONAL WAR ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS TO ABORTION?

So does a scuba diver after they run outta oxygen in a cave, does that mean that they never had a right to live? You're the one putting your Private info out there for all to see, and then getting mad that somebody differs in opinion with you, I never said that you're an awful person or that you were a murderer. In fact there was no way for me to know if you were just a supporter or patient til you took it personal. I know that usually a lot of thought goes into that choice and not everyone who makes it is a bad person. But it was never meant to be used as a repeat backup BC. People need to grow up and quit expecting to be saved from themselves, they make birth control for a reason. I think that sticking a steel rod into the baby's brain while it's head is crowned, may just be pushing the limits on the terms "medical procedure" and "fetus", but then I think legal rhetoric is BS...Hint's the question in my first post being worded."How logically is that something not"... and not "how legally is it not". You are the one who jumped on a topic that had nothing to do with the article. I merely asked you questions. I never even said I wanted it banned, I just said that after a certain point it's murder. What do you think of Dr. Kermit Gosnell?

“You need to get out of other people's business. The supreme court has spoken -- it is NOT YOUR BUSINESS.

You don't even rate an opinion if you insist on fraud, which is illegal in all 50 states.

Abortion is not murder in the first 24 weeks and not even in the 3rd trimester if the CITIZEN's right to life is at risk.

Not only do women get 400 eggs, but they can adopt one of the great number of orphans and unwanted kids. We don't need every sperm to get a name.”

Well if the courts have spoken, why the heck are you trolling around articles that have no relation to abortion whatsoever? Your battle has already been won. I'm just fine with the laws the way they are. Obviously if the mothers life is at risk they come first. That's only right. I do believe that the need for an abortion would be a sign of a bit too much sperm though, don't you?

Constitutional rights of women is appropriate in all discussions of Constitutional Rights

Women's rights to CONSTITUTIONAL VAGINAL PRIVACY is every bit as important as any papers and any phone bills, and is actively being intruded on by insurrectionists THIS WEEK of July 4th. Reminders of that truth is not trolling -- it is focusing on what CONSTITUTIONAL PRIVACY actually means in America TODAY.

That above is LEGAL SPEECH unlike the criminal speech which is illegal in all 50 states attempting to defraud women of their protected privacy rights by falsely accusing them of murder of babies. That is malicious antisocial incendiary language prohibited by laws and prohibited by the CONSTITUTION that protects both Papers and Vaginal Privacy. It is insurrection, and malicious verbal battery of hate speech, both of which are against the laws in America.
