WILLIAM Koch is not his TWIN BROTHER DAVID KOCH and not his OLDER BROTHER CHARLES KOCH. Do make an effort to notice that they are three separate people.

William or "Bill" Koch is the Koch brother who sued the other two brothers because they cheated him out hundreds of millions of dollars by undervaluing the Koch Industries inherited by all four Fred Koch sons when the two brothers bought out the other two heirs stakes. Cheated Bill set out to embarrass his brothers into paying him hush money by exposing selected family skeletons in the Koch empire closets.

During one such lawsuit Bill got onto CBS NEWS 60 MINUTES segment "Blood & Oil" and called Koch Industries "ORGANIZED CRIME" on natl TV in primetime. (GOOGLE SEARCH TERMS: koch blood & oil cbs).

The Koch brothers do not do most of their political giving openly in their name. or KOCH-PAC name. They disburse tens of millions of dollars out through the FRED & MARY KOCH FOUNDATION, the CHARLES G. KOCH FOUNDATION, the DAVID H. KOCH FOUNDATION, and one inexplicably labeled as CLAUDE R. LAMBE FOUNDATION. They may have control of more foundations which they have not been publicly connected to.

The Koch brothers were major supporters of Bill Clinton in Arkansas and gave him the money to get elected. They just want to be connected to power and the Clintons will take anyone's money.

Bill Clinton's impeachment blowback was Justice Department lawsuits on the Tobacco Mafia and their chief henchmen the KOCH-topus. A Clinton US Attorney filed charges against the Kochs in Corpus Christi which might have put the Koch Brothers in prison for life. That law prosecution continued pending after Bill Clinton's term in office. The Kochtopus donated a hurried nearly ONE MILLION DOLLARS to the Bush campaign which caused Bush-appointee Ashcroft to drop most serious charges and settle for a measly $20 million dollar fine. That wake-up call alerted the Kochs that timely injections of funds into politics could not only keep them out of prison but also make them richer than the dreams of avarice.

The Forbes list of Richest Americans published annually showed that the combined Koch Brothers 22 place position were worth $4 billion dollars at the beginning of the Bush era. By the end of the Bush presidency the Brothers were moved up to 6th place and worth $22 billion, and most recently, they were at 4th place and worth $60,000,000,000.00.

Since the 1990s the Koch activities have produced a $293,000,000 jury award against them for killing Danielle Dawn Smalley (and killing Jason Stone, settled separately out of court), and $288,000,000 criminal and civil court fines, penalties and/or EPA enforcement actions. This is around 600 MEGABUCKS, nearly a GIGABUCK, among the largest criminal and civil punishments in the entire history of the United States of America.
