Osama confessed, and no other party disputed, that his organization declared war on the United States, destroyed two US embassies in Africa, and the World Trade Center in NYC. Parties to the plot were arrested and confessed and added information details implicating OBL. Trials take many forms around the world, through history, and through time in US history. The extraordinary nature of the crimes produced an extraordinary trial which lasted ten years. OBL had a trial and was convicted of being an enemy commander whom ordered warriors to mass murder Americans. OBL was convicted in his trial which is on record. There is no exculpatory evidence presented of OBL's crimes, and crimes by others do not mitigate his crimes. The sentence of death of the leader of a war against the USA was executed by the proper US agents in accordance to proper procedures. There is no credible dispute over the correctness of this action. Traitors to the US would like to sow division and wedge issues on this subject. This is not the time for debates as the enemy is still planning attacks today.
