Why is it that we are aware the Mississipp­i floods and Texas has droughts and no one has ever put federal funding into a pipe line to transfer the water where it floods to where we have droughts its not like this is the first time for these same conditions to occur, people lose homes, fema is called out, state of emergancy branded and yet no one spends money on prevention other than on levees that dont hold? They save our crops we save theirs win win... I mean if we can build a border wall why the hell not...

Stop trying to prevent Free Enterprise from solving the problem with it's invisible hand, which even right this minute is reaching for it's invisible zipper to get the all-purpos­e tool that solves all problems of the lower classes.
