The 14th Amendment DEFINES US Citizenship as limited ONLY TO THE BORN.
Illegal immigrants whom are undocumented sneaking into America through vaginal tunnels are NOT CITIZENS until they breathe with THEIR OWN LUNGS. The CONSTITUTION specifically in EXACT LANGUAGE rules them ineligible for citizenship until birth, either "NATURALLY BORN" or "Naturalized by taking an oath".
The INVESTMENTS are in the WOMAN who you see, not the fetus that you can't see.
The WOMAN has received $5K to $50K worth of public education investments at taxpayer expense for every year of public schooling. The fetus has not even qualified for an extra food stamp allotment, showing how low on the scale the fetus is rated. GOP govt does not invest in fetuses and considers them "worthless" in the scale of public expenditures.
