Osama confessed, and no other party disputed, that his organization declared war on the United States, destroyed two US embassies in Africa, and the World Trade Center in NYC. Parties to the plot were arrested and confessed and added information details implicating OBL. Trials take many forms around the world, through history, and through time in US history. The extraordinary nature of the crimes produced an extraordinary trial which lasted ten years. OBL had a trial and was convicted of being an enemy commander whom ordered warriors to mass murder Americans. OBL was convicted in his trial which is on record. There is no exculpatory evidence presented of OBL's crimes, and crimes by others do not mitigate his crimes. The sentence of death of the leader of a war against the USA was executed by the proper US agents in accordance to proper procedures. There is no credible dispute over the correctness of this action. Traitors to the US would like to sow division and wedge issues on this subject. This is not the time for debates as the enemy is still planning attacks today.

Yeah, like we are ever going to elect a woman in the next couple of centuries -- cripes they just the vote a few years ago, and the right to inherit property. Next thing you know they'll be asking for equal pay at Walmart.

The bottom line: torture stopped in 2006. If torture got Bin Laden's address before 2006 than Bush needs to go to prison for concealing that information for five years and aiding and abetting Osama Bin Laden to roam freely.

You don't want to go down that path -- protecting Bush from War Crimes trials has alread been guaranteed by Barry, but you can't protect Bush from prison for concealing Osama Bin Laden's address for 5 years. You might want to accept the fact that we went 200 years and won all previous big wars (except Vietnam) without using torture, and the only war we did lose was the Vietnam War where we used torture. Torture is against international law that we forced the world to accept. America forced international law to condemn torture by the Axis in WWII at post-war Nuremberg trials. WE are the ones who made it illegal everywhere on Earth to use torture.
