The govt doesn't have the power to regulate abortion because the Constitution never gave it to the govt.
The SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, who own the govt, reserved a zone of PRIVACY around themselves, which govt is forbidden to trespass without well outline criteria of great public interest.
Underwear covers the PRIVATES. They are PRIVATE PARTS.

Citizen rights only go to BORN persons, either NATURALLY BORN CITIZENS, or NATURALIZED BORN CITIZENS. Fetus is not born, not a citizen, not your business.
