Let me speak real S L O W L Y... BLUE STATES pay more
because they have more payers, more population. RED STATE populations
deal to give/get stuff that benefits their RED STATE VOTERS. RED VOTERS
VOTE for the GIFT GIVERS who bring home the bacon, not for the party of
the people actually paying the bills.
BLUE STATES subsidized the RED STATES. Blue voters subsidize $4 billion
in cotton subsidy, but not one penny of cotton money goes to a blue
state -- it all goes to red states. Blue voters pay the subsidy costs
for federal water projects that benefit the RED STATE farmers. The RED
State farmers donate big campaign donations to RED politicians because
they brought home the money.
It wasn't possible to EVER get rid of the RED LEECHES until they built their OWN TRAP. THEY BUILT THAT, the SEQUESTER.

puts an end to. Blue states don't have to pay you any more. They can let
