Benghazi Report By House Democrats Finds No 'Stand-Down' Order During Attack

Benghazi sent more Al Qaeda warriors into Iraq to kill Americans than any other place on Earth. After the fall of Libya, Benghazi was not under govt control and was dominated by extremist militias. The US CIA needed local listening posts, and one opened with 90 CIA personnel, behind the so-called "Consulate" which was front operation for so many Americans coming & going all day and night.
The enemy militias had their own spies, eyes and ears, around the site. With cell phones you can whistle up a rapid response team in an eyeblink. "Liberated" war weapons taken from raided arsenals of killed Libyan tyrant Qaddafi were stockpiled, including mortars, machine guns, and rocket-propelled grenades. An attack was called when ambassador Stevens was seen away from his stronghold in govt-controlled Tripoli. It took no great planning to create such a raid, just pile loads of weapons and men into a fleet of pickup trucks and go.
Despite the fact that these were battle-hardened Libyan veterans of combat loaded, with powerful attack weapons, and had unlimited reinforcements & resupply available, eight hours of firefight was only able to kill four of the 90 US spies hunkered down in their compound.
Normally country singers would compose songs to such heroism, but republicans decided to play politics kicking around four dead as political footballs. Immediately the entire republican wing of Al Qaeda began attacking the President and the Secretary of State, trying to win an election instead of winning a real shooting war.
As an active crime scene involving state secrets, it is natural that facts would be withheld and cover stories circulated to confuse the enemy. This too should have been applauded as smart warfare, but the Al Qaeda in Washington Congress began leaking top secret cables naming Libyans whom had aided us or provided information useful to us.
A minor skirmish in a global war was blown up by Al Qaeda press agents in the US Senate making these Libyan militia attackers worldwide heroes to their fellows everywhere, and inspiring more recruits to seek glory.
The Ambassador was gay, and all of his despisers in the republican party prevented him from getting married as he choose, and leaving death benefits to his partner of choice. They claimed that they mourned his death, but his life was hated.
