“You still don't understand that EMPLOYEES PAY 100% of their
insurance premiums. The "employer contribution", which may be half,
still comes as WAGES presented as deferred by the employer and collected
with other employee contributions, to pay the policies.
The money once may have been the PRIVATE PROPERTY of the church right up
until they became obligated to pay it to the employee as cash wages and
deferred wages. It is still 100% wages, no matter what you call it, and
it is 100% private property of the employee.
The church or employer is not permitted to dictate what the employee
spends their wages on, and in fact normally would never know what they
are spent on, since this is 100% private property which was transferred
100% ownership of the wages to the employee.
Even PROVERBS says the WORKMAN IS ENTITLED TO HER WAGES. Now it's time
you say it. Peoples wages are NOT YOUR BUSINESS, NOT CHURCH BUSINESS,
NOT FREE but earned by sweat off brows.”
