The Tea Bag Suckers need to explain when and where the founding citizens of the nation turned over power of personal fertility to the US Govt -- that was one of the things reserved to the citizens, never given up, inalienable. Both MEN & WOMEN require birth control, but only women have to pay the price of it at the pharmacy. The deadbeat men are absent when the bill comes due. Women get 77-cents for doing the same work that a man does for $1, but women get stuck with the bill.

Employee health insurance spreads out the bill for birth control to both men and women policy holders, no matter how much their hourly wages are.

The policy OWNER chooses to use, or refuses to use, anything covered by the policy. Religious people with a ban on blood transfusions will decline blood transfusions, even though they are covered by the insurance. No religion is harmed by opt-in freewill choice to use or not use what is available to every person in society. STOP LYING!

No policy-holder is forced to accept anything in the way of services or products which is part of the basic policy. STOP LYING!

Any employer contribution to the insurance is illusionary -- the employee ALWAYS generates 100% of the value of the policy.

Employees are the root of all income. Attracting employees has led to offering healthcare insurance. The policy reward is negotiated at time of employment.

The govt does not ask employers to provide specific birth control. It requires healthcare insurers to make it a part of every policy so policyholders can exercise their freewill choice to avail themselves of the benefits of their wages as they choose.

Do the skilled worker-employee class require their own licensing and/or degrees or certification by the state, such as educators, doctors, lawyers?

If the operation mainly structured as a commercial activity, with prices, fees and transaction costs attached to the majority of the dealings with the outside public customer base, whether or not it is ultimately a "non-profit charity" for IRS tax purposes?

The health insurance policies are free market products which are sold to individuals whose name is on them. They are PRIVATE PROPERTY OF THE OWNER, not property of the church, not property of the govt, not property of the employer.

Employee policies are always, without exception, a form of wages earned by the work of the employee. They are the fairly-earned private property of the person whose name is on them. The Employer pays the Employee a Health Insurance Policy in lieu of cash wages, or in lieu of a portion of cash wages. The employer acts only as the aggregator of the group of employees for a substantial discount on the cost of insurance.

Any employer contribution to the insurance is illusionary -- the employee ALWAYS generates 100% of the value of the policy and none of the costs are charity from the employer or govt.

Employees are the root and source of all income. Attracting employees has led to offering generous "compensation packages" which includes up-front stated healthcare insurance. The policy as a reward is negotiated at time of employment. The employer concedes that the healthcare policy is property of the employee and is a reward for labor and services rendered by the employee.

The govt does not ask employers to provide specific birth control. It requires healthcare insurers to make it a part of every policy so policyholders can exercise their freewill choice to avail themselves of the benefits of their labors as they choose. Employers are not given intrusion into the free-market to dictate the limits on employees how they shall dispose of their wages and private property rights. Churches may not restrict the private parties, the insurer and the insured, and the private property rights of women are protected from religious interference in private matters which the church has no authority to dictate.

All religion in America is voluntary. The courts may not be used to impose laws on individuals favoring one religion or another upon the unwilling.

Churches are limited to persuasion and leading by example. People may choose a religion and decide to subscribe or decide to cancel their subscription. No religion may coerce any person through laws. The 1st Amendment is an ABSOLUTE WALL OF SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.

Congress shall make no law... means CATHOLICS may make no law through congress or the courts.

Obamacare puts a tax on everybody: it's the "Freeloader Tax". This is fully legal and Constitutional. Then Obamacare puts a tax-exemption on everybody who can show a healthcare insurance policy.  The fetus has not been born -- it has no civic "rights" by virtue of being a natural born citizen.

The fetus is not naturalized -- it has no civic rights by virtue of passing the citizenship process.

There is no interest of the state involved.

"Murder" is a "legal" definition. It is not a medical term. "Murder" is misused in a propaganda battle to describe a medical situation which uses other language. Lying is the misuse of words to deceive to obtain a benefit which would not be derived if one told the truth. Use medical terms and state your argument.

A fetus is a parasitic growth on a born woman's body. The woman has rights, the fetus has none. The fetus is a dependent lump of tissue which cannot cognate and articulate -- it is dependent on the woman to make all  decisions which may affect it.

Society is not owner of the "property" which is flesh of the woman. Slavery is outlawed in the USA. The govt and society does not own p[ersons, neither the fetus nor the woman. Society has not demonstrated any compelling interest in the fetus or the woman. The interest would need to be "extraordinary" to invoke a society intervention. Misuse of the legally defined term "murder" does not constitute a proper social interest. Society does not own the flesh and cannot own the flesh and the flesh is not a citizen and there is no framework existing to declare social civil rights to a part of an existing human being, the woman.

The woman is sole owner of her body, and society has no compelling interest in the fetus. It is not society's business to intervene in the woman's personal decisions over her choice to give birth or to not give birth. Women are not slaves to be compelled to give birth as breeders owned by the state. This is very dangerous theology, to give the religious state the power to compel or deny parenthood in violation of the individual freedom and liberty of the actual citizens whom own the government as property (not vice-versa).

The theology of "souls implanted at conception" is the ONLY reason that fetuses are lied about by religious fanatics crossing the line of separation of church and state. Al Qaida is religious fanatics whom are not given power to set public policy, for well-recognized reasons. The liars who misuse legal terms to decide medical situations are equally dangerous as Al Qaida and must be repulsed with all the power of the state. Slavery of women to be compulsory breeders owned by the state is dangerous and intolerable theology.

Life does not begin at conception -- it began on Earth 3,500,000,000 years ago and as been continuously unfolding ever since. Not every sperm deserves a name. Not every fetus deserves to parasitize a woman for 18 years, legally. A women exercises her freedom and liberty and makes a choice to mother a child or not. It is not society's business until the child is born and gains civil rights by the legal process.

Society's interests, and financial investments, increase as time goes by. The parential right decrease upon maturity, and society imposes a separate relationship with adults which largely exclude the parents. Society whom takes no responsibility to feed or cloth the child, house it, indeed, even educate it in today's era of eliminating public education, has no bonafide lawful, or Constitutional interest in pre-born fetuses. Fetusus do not have a "right to live" until birth and  then a neglectful and deprived live ever after. FIRST, society has to demonstrate a financial responsibility towards the unborn citizen for 18 years like parents do, BEFORE it can pretend that it has any interests in the fetus at all.
