We have been over this ground AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN.

No congressman or politician anywhere is given any authority to invade the privacy of the SOVEREIGN CITIZENS. This not a federal rights versus states rights issue -- the constitution reserves to the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE whom own all govts their privacy.

Privacy is the heart of the right to not testify against oneself, to be free from coercion and torture, free from cruel and unusual punishments, freedom to keep out homes from becoming forced shelters of govt army soldiers and employees, freedom from searches and seizures.

The arguments between federal rights and states rights are about which level of govt gets to control it's slaves. Will the federal govt order it's slave breeders to produce babies, or will the state govts order it's slave breeders to produce babies on command.

Roe V Wade is about the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO PRIVACY.

Totally WRONG Argument. It is not "should we allow one sect to overthrow Freedom of Religion for all other sects, by writing the laws. That is NOT THE ISSUE.

The issue is allowing any sect to OVERTHROW the right of PRIVACY.

First the wasn't any govt other than temporary govt intended to be discarded and replaced after the revolution. Then there were the SOVERIGN PEOPLE deciding to create a govt tabla rosa, blank slate.

Why do we have so much difficulty in discussing this man's history with the tobacco corporate serial murderers. It would be better yet if it disbanded. Look, the Jews never wandered the 260 miles of the Sinai desert for 40 years -- that didn't happen. I already figured it out. Romney would invest in Chinese car factories in an open field without US competition. Obama raised the mileage of US cars -- Ford is advertising a model with 100 MPGe. Repug were appointing bribeable men to the Supreme Court, money laundered through Federalist Society as Speaker's fees, but Obama appointed two women including one minority, making court look more like America.

The DEBT goes mostly to plutocrats living in America, who vampire off the rest. The US was in debt at the end of the Revolution and it never hurt America over 200 years -- The Spanish-American War just got paid off recently and WWI is no where near being fully paid for yet. There is seven times the known amount of fossil carbon fuels than is needed to kill the world if it is burned, or enough to kill seven Earths if you burn it all. A ton of coal (pure Carbon, atomic weight 12) turns into 3.6 tons of CO2 (Oxygen atomic weight 16 x 2) when burned in the air -- so much for clean coal. Natural gas (methane = CH4) is 25 times more powerful greenhouse gas by destroying ozone layer, than CO2 -- so much for clean natural gas. Just because something is transparent and invisible does not mean it is environmentally good. Loose CH4 molecules escaping from fracking is ungood, but burning a ton of CH4 still produces 2.75 tons of CO2 gas.

Do not be fooled by language: carbon fuels = bad, whether it is "clean" coal, or "clean" natural gas. Get the "carbon" out, not the dirty image wording.

Four percent of Americans are SOCIOPATHS. Look that term up, understand it, recognize the symptoms, grasp that there is no cure -- the leopard never changes its spots.

ANTISOCIAL PERSONALITY DISORDER, sociopathy, is characterized by frequent and bold lying, among other defining symptoms. Lying is a warning sign, one to be taken seriously, and then other symptoms are looked for vigilantly.

Since the condition is permanent, incurable, and onsets in most people by age 15, if you can find the bundle of defining symptoms anywhere in a person's life history, then you can be certain that person is sociopathic NOW.

The statistic 4% or 1-in-25 people is abstract, so figure out of the three houses directly across the street from yourself, and within two houses left or right side of you lives one cutthroat sociopath. That might seem like a lot of sociopaths, but with 1-in-6 boys and 1-in-4 girls getting molested by age 16, that number may actually be undercounting the enemies in our midst.

Sociopaths make a hidden voting block, voting for their PREDATORY self-interest, and to give other sociopaths smokescreens and confusion to operate behind. Positions of power to control and prey on victims attract sociopaths, whom use remorseless dirty tricks to defeat their opposition. The Tea Bag Suckers need to explain when and where the founding citizens of the nation turned over power of personal fertility to the US Govt -- that was one of the things reserved to the citizens, never given up, inalienable. Any govt intrusive enough to command persons that they cannot terminate a pregnancy is powerful enough to order a pregnancy whenever it feels like. NEITHER SIDE OF THAT COIN WAS EVER TRANSFERRED FROM THE PRIVATE CITIZENS TO THE GOVT.

The 14th amendment, section 1, explicitly reserves citizenship rights to those who are already BORN, natural born or naturalized.

One citizen fetus is given power to invade and colonize the body of another citizen. Never before has the violation of a born citizen been so abusively endorsed by govt, that any fetus can usurp the privacy of the body of another citizen. This is a slippery slope, one step away from the rich colonizing the organs of the poor, if a fetus citizen can colonize the uterus of the unwilling citizen.

Govt requires good reason argued in front of a judge to get a subpoena to go through our file cabinets and look at our private papers. How much more is the privacy right reserved to keep govt our of our bloomers and out of our unwilling vaginas? The right to privacy is the basis for the right to life in the Constitution.
